Over 13L vehicles recalled by manufacturers in FY 2021-22
Part 110A of the Motor Vehicle Law, 1988 related to the withdrawal of motorized vehicles. Thus, the Ministry of Transportation and Road Vide G.S.R. 173 (E) dated March 11, 2021 included new rules, 127C, in the rule of the Central Motor Vehicle, 1989 which determined the procedure to recall damaged motor vehicles.
